Laws meant to do well proven not to.

The average person is not smart yet weather smart or not we all want the same freedoms. Thriving as a species means learning good behaviors. Most people with our short falls learn from experience. Stats are well known more people die, suffer from crime or never return to society today with laws in place to control behaviors we find unexplainable by thought alone. Prohibition was a great example and the laws passed are now responsible for killing millions I am sure.  When well we let each person figure out where in the world they belong and let them get there? A class action suit would result in oner 40% getting pay from the law writers.
